What therapy in Utah looks like with me

Telehealth means anywhere in Utah. I see clients meeting from Cedar City, Logan, Park City, Moab, Cache Valley, the Wasatch Front, and the long quiet drives in between. The only requirements are a private space and a stable connection.

Sessions are available in English and Spanish, including the kind of bilingual back-and-forth where a feeling needs the language it actually lives in. This work is open to all Utah communities — Latino, Indigenous, LDS, post-LDS, queer, immigrant, and everyone navigating identity in a state where the dominant story isn't always your story.

The standard rate is $175 per 50-minute session, with a small number of sliding-scale spots held for Utah residents for whom the standard rate is a barrier. Free 15-minute consultations are available so you can get a felt sense before committing.
