When your mind won't slow down.

Therapy for the everyday adult anxiety that's narrowed your world — and the work of widening it back out.

What anxiety looks like in your life right now

You're exhausted from explaining yourself to yourself.

You're avoiding the thing you used to love.

You're tracking everyone's emotional state but your own.

You're sleeping, but never waking up rested.

You're rehearsing conversations that may never happen.

You're functioning — and you've never felt more behind.

This is what we do, in this order

  1. 01

    Make space.

Before anything else, we widen the bandwidth — slow the loop enough that you can actually look at it instead of being inside it.

  2. 02

    Notice patterns.

Where does the anxiety show up first? What does it protect you from? What does it cost you? Patterns become workable once they're named.

  3. 03

    Trace origins.

Anxiety almost always has a history. We find the relational, contextual, or developmental roots — not to dwell, but to understand the architecture.

  4. 04

    Build new responses.

Slowly, repeatedly, with practice. The point isn't a calmer mind — it's a wider life with anxiety occupying a smaller corner of it.
