• Grief

  The death of a person, a pet, a relationship, a job, a version of yourself. We make room for it without rushing it.

• Betrayal

  Infidelity, parental betrayal, self-betrayal. The slow work of moving through broken trust without minimizing what happened.

• Self-worth

  When the inner voice has become harsher than any voice outside of you. Returning to a steadier sense of your own value.

• Identity

  Who you are now — after a transition, a relationship, a loss, or simply after years of being who others needed.

• Heritage

  For first-generation Latino clients (and others) navigating family expectations, cultural double lives, and inherited patterns.
