Telehealth means anywhere in Virginia. You can meet from Norfolk, Charlottesville, Roanoke, Alexandria, Fredericksburg, Lynchburg, Williamsburg, the rural Tidewater, or the Shenandoah Valley. The only requirements are a private space and a stable connection.
Sessions are available in English and Spanish — including the bilingual back-and-forth where a feeling needs the language it actually lives in. The work is open to military spouses and veterans, federal workers, first-gen Latino adults in Northern Virginia, working professionals, and adults in the quieter inland counties navigating loss and transition.
The standard rate is $175 per 50-minute session, with a small number of sliding-scale spots reserved for Virginia residents for whom the standard rate is a barrier. Free 15-minute consultations are available so you can get a felt sense before committing.

Questions
Common questions.
Is Flor licensed in Virginia?
Yes. Flor is licensed to provide telehealth therapy to adult residents anywhere in the Commonwealth of Virginia — from Hampton Roads up through Richmond and the Northern Virginia corridor.
Can I do sessions from anywhere in Virginia?
Yes — as long as you are physically in Virginia at the time of session and have a private space with a stable connection. You can meet from a Virginia Beach home, a Richmond apartment, an Arlington high-rise, a Shenandoah Valley farmhouse, or anywhere in between.
Do you work with military and federal-adjacent clients?
Yes. The work is open to military spouses, federal employees, contractors, and adults whose lives are structured around deployment cycles, PCS moves, and the long quiet weight of security-clearance silence. We treat that context as part of the work, not background noise.
What time zone are sessions scheduled in?
All session times are scheduled in Eastern Time so Virginia clients can book without conversion.
