Telehealth Therapy · Cambridge
The slow work of separating identity from achievement.
Bilingual telehealth therapy for Cambridge academics, researchers, founders, and adults at career or partnership inflection points — for the version of yourself that's been waiting underneath the credential.

Who you might be · What we work on
Who you might be
You've built a credential, a lab, a body of work — and you no longer recognize the person underneath it.
What we work on
We slow down enough to separate identity from achievement. We make room for the part of you that hasn't been allowed a turn.
Who you might be
You're leaving academia, an institution, or a long professional chapter and you can't tell what's next.
What we work on
We sit in the in-between without rushing. We honor what was real and what is true now. The next chapter forms slowly and on your terms.
Who you might be
You're in a long partnership that's quietly stopped being the center of your life.
What we work on
We hold the question honestly. The work doesn't push you toward staying or leaving — it makes the truth audible.

Questions
Common questions.
Do you work with academics, postdocs, and graduate students?
Yes. The work is open to mid-career academics, postdocs, doctoral students, and researchers whose identity has been built around a singular pursuit. The work doesn't ask you to abandon any of that. It asks what's underneath.
I'm at a career inflection point — leaving academia, leaving a startup, leaving a partnership. Can we work with that?
Yes. Inflection-point work has a place in this practice. We hold the not-knowing without rushing to a verdict. The clarity, when it comes, comes from you.
I want sessions in Spanish — is that real here?
Yes. Spanish is a primary working language of the practice. Cambridge holds a meaningful international and Latin American community, and bilingual sessions are part of the actual practice, not a marketing line.
