How it shows up now You can't tell, in any given moment, whether the inner voice is yours. You take in disagreement as evidence of being fundamentally wrong. You preempt rejection by becoming what you think will keep you safe. You doubt your perception of nearly every interaction, even the ones that went well. "We don't just repair self-worth. We trace its origins, name what fractured it, and rebuild from material that's actually yours." What we work on ### Identifying the inner critic. Hearing the voice clearly enough to know it's not you — and to stop confusing its volume with truth. ### Tracing the voices you've internalized. Whose tone is that, actually? Whose standard? Whose disappointment have you been carrying as your own? ### Reclaiming your own opinion of yourself. Building the muscle of self-perception that isn't filtered through anyone else's gaze. ### Building self-trust. Keeping small promises to yourself until the body starts believing that you're someone who shows up. ### Existing as you, in your own life. Not performing a version. Not preempting criticism.
