## Hi — soy Flor. 

I connect best with adult clients who notice that, lately, something is keeping them from being themselves and have chosen to seek support from someone who not only supports them but is also genuinely curious about the unique experiences affecting them.

I work with clients in English and [in Spanish](/specialties/spanish-speaking-therapy). I have a particular connection with first-generation Latino clients navigating identity, family expectations, and the experience of moving between cultures — though my practice serves anyone the work resonates with.

My approach is curiously grounded and warmly challenging. Within our sessions, you'll learn to verbalize the thoughts and feelings that normally make us feel uncomfortable, self-conscious, or ashamed — and discover that it is precisely those thoughts that, when named freely, lead us to a version of you that simply needed a safe, non-judgmental space to exist.
